Wednesday Wisdom: 7 Quotes on Perseverance

Happy Wednesday!

Perseverance is one of my key traits that I encourage others to always attempt to demonstrate.  Other terms which have been used to refer to the same quality are tenacity & doggedness.  No matter what you call it, these are a few of the essential characteristics that I look for when identifying people to hire and/or mentor.  If you personify perseverance as Dictionary.com defines it, then you are someone that can achieve any task assigned.
