This year I made a lifestyle change which included improving my overall health. I resumed my plan to participate in 5K races by 2023 and I’m using the first few months of 2022 to re-condition my body.
One of the tools I utilize during my workouts are audiobooks and podcasts. Then I end my workout with some high energy music. I stumbled up a new podcast that made a dramatic difference in my morning routine.
The short duration of each episode helps me focus on the message and not give in to distractions. The quotes in the episode titles give me reassurances that each episode will be a wallop of motivation.
This month I want to introduce to some and reacquaint to others a podcast entitled The Quote Of The Day Show with Sean Croxton. The podcast is available on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify and the website.
