Today I want to speak to each person that has a desire in their heart to be better and/or do better at IT.  I don’t know what your IT is but I want to encourage and remind you that you have everything you need to get started.  So if any of the scenarios resonate with you, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!

When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired, you will do something about it.

When you keep getting the same results over and over again to the point it’s predictable, you will do something about it.

When you realize other people are in charge of your fate and destiny, you will do something about it.

When you get tired of robbing Peter to pay Paul, you will do something about it.

When you realize that someone else controls your paycheck and it is no longer ok with you, you will do something about it.

When you realize the lighting in the store isn’t the only thing making you look bad in that outfit, you will do something about it.

When you realize the camera adding thirty pounds instead of 10, you will do something about it.

When you realize that you pay more for your medications then you do for your hobbies, you will do something about it.

When you read that job announcement and realize you have all the experience but not the education, you will do something about it.

When you see someone living their dreams and you remember yours are still unobtained, you will do something about it.

When the alarm clock rings and you hit snooze for the tenth time because you don’t like your job, you will do something about it.

When you accept that you need to do something about it, you will look for ways to change.

When you look for what to change, you should look in the mirror.

What the mirror reflects back to you is the number one barrier you must conquer. You must take back your time. Take back your energy. Take back your motivation. Force yourself into action. Force yourself to think you can. Be the little engine that could and repeat – “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.” Then before you can talk yourself out of it, repeat – “I know I can, I know I can, I know I can.” Finally, then say – “I will do it , I will do it, I will do it.”

Once you finish a week of I think I can, I know I can, I will do it. Then you are ready for ; “I am doing it, I am doing it.”

Til next time,

“I think I can, I know I can, I will do it, I am doing it.”
