Whenever I come across nuggets of wisdom, I write them down in either my electronic or paper journal, depending on what is available.  This way when I need of good kick in the butt to get me back on track or a reassuring voice that it will be ok, I take out my personal cheerleader and read a few lines.

Yes, I call my journal my personal cheerleader because what do cheerleaders do?  They boost up a crowd and get them excited over the home team.  Well that’s what the quotes or lessons I journal about do for me – they boost me up, get me excited and make me cheer for myself as the home team.

Here are few nuggets of wisdom pulled from my personal cheerleader to give you a boost and get you excited about team YOU!

“Never accept anything less than you deserve.  Remember, you teach people how to treat you” – Pinterest http://www.hqlines.tumblr.com

“If you can’t fly, run. If you can’t run, walk. If you can’t walk, crawl. If you can’t crawl, keep moving”- Martin Luther King, Jr

“Tact is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip” – Winston Churchill

“Wanting to be someone else is a waste of who you are” – Kurt Cobain

“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Til next time,
